This program shows the deflection of  electrons by an electric field. You can change the velocity of electron and the magnitude and direction of the field. You are able to determine the "charge/mass" relation if you measure the deflection in the screen.
 
 
 

Instructions:

• Press Start and the program will begin to run.
• Button Stop stops the program.
• Doing a mouse click between the two plates you choose the direction of the electric field.
• Scrollbar  left changes the magnitude of the field.  The field value (E) appear in the left top corner.
• Scrollbar right changes the velocity of the electron. The speed value(V) appear next to field.
